    The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered.

    These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. If you have a subscription without a fixed-term contract, you can cancel your subscription or campaign at any time. If you cancel your advertising campaign, it will be completely removed. If you cancel paid products or upgrades, the date on which you canceled them will be displayed as the expiration date.

    Free Trial
    We offer the following free trial of our goods and services: We offer free subscriptions to some of our services and may offer a 7, 14 or 30 day free trial period for some services and/or subscriptions that begins when you sign up for a new account. The free subscription and trial period may include limited access to all services available on our website, depending on the type of listing, ad campaign, subscription or service.

    At the end of your free trial, the following will occur: At the end of the free trial period, you will automatically be charged our monthly subscription price. If you do not wish to be charged, you must cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period.

    To cancel your free trial, please follow these steps: Log in to your account and select the “Cancel free trial” option under the “Account management” or “Subscription” tab.

    Payments
    We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

    • Direct Debit.

    When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and Andres SEO Expert LLC. The costs of any arbitration will be paid by the unsuccessful party.
    • Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Andres SEO Expert LLC agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.
    • Except for excluded claims: Except for Claims not subject to arbitration, all disputes, causes of action, requests for arbitration, or claims (collectively, Claims) arising between you and Andres SEO Expert LLC must be resolved by individual arbitration. Both parties, you and Andres SEO Expert LLC, agree to bring or participate in Claims only in your individual capacity, and not as a lead plaintiff or member of a class or representative action. Except where you and Andres SEO Expert LLC mutually agree, the arbitrator will not be permitted to consolidate the claims of any other individual or similarly situated party, nor may the arbitrator preside over any class or representative proceeding. Both you and Andres SEO Expert LLC expressly waive the right to a jury trial.
    • The term ‘Excluded Claims’ refers to: (a) any legal action brought by you or Andres SEO Expert LLC that may be brought in small claims court, provided that such action complies with the procedural requirements of said court, or (b) any legal action relating to intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to, copyright and trademark disputes and violations of the Andres SEO Expert LLC Application Programming Interface (API) Terms of Use. The parties are entitled to bring the excluded Claims before a court. Decisions on the scope and enforceability of the arbitration clause will be made by the appointed arbitrator. If a particular dispute (claim) is determined to be non-arbitrable under this Agreement, only that particular claim may be brought in court, while all other Claims shall be subject to arbitration.
    • Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. For more information, visit www.adr.org. Arbitration may be conducted in person, through the submission of documents, by phone or online. The arbitrator may award damages to you individually as a court could, including declaratory or injunctive relief, but only to the extent required to satisfy your individual claim.

    Severability
    If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
